Luton Carnival Arts Development Trust, Luton

A new build purpose built Carnival Arts Centre to include workshops, performance space, rehearsal rooms and crèche facilities. The works include major service divisions and is an archeologically sensitive site in Luton.

Didcot Arts Centre, Oxfordshire

A new build arts centre including theatre/performance space, visual arts spaces and commercial cafe/bar facilities.

Renaissance Museum, Bexhill

A new build museum of contemporary design linked to the existing historical museum and amalgamating three local museums (Bexhill Museum, Costume Museum and the Heritage Racing Museum). The creation of 3 new galleries, education space and catering/ retail facilities. The works include the restoration/refurbishment of the existing museum.

Siobhan Davies Dance Centre, Southwark

The works comprised the removal of the roof of the existing Victorian school house, the provision of a new floor and the integration of a new contemporary roof to provide north light to the top floor dance studio. The existing building was refurbished to provide a complete dance studio/venue.

New Cultural Centre, Eastbourne

A new build 3 storey fair faced insitu concrete framed building built adjacent to a grade 1 listed operational Congress Theatre and alongside the National Tennis Venue of Devonshire Park. The works were carried out on a restrictive site requiring access to the theatre and major tennis events at all times. The building provides conference facilities, new permanent gallery and storage, archiving, exhibition gallery, community space and catering/retail facilities.

De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill

A restoration and refurbishment of a grade 1 listed modernist building including the creation of new gallery spaces, restaurants, bars and offices including educational facilities.

The Junction, Cambridge

Restoration and refurbishment of an existing dance and music venue and 2/3 new build auditoria for performance art, drama and local groups.

Broadway Nottingham

Refurbishment and extension of an Arts Cinema including the provision of two new cinemas constructed above the existing main cinemas.

Pavilion Theatre, Brighton

The restoration of a grade 2 listed building with the creation of a new 220 seat auditorium and cabaret performance space and associated foyer bars.

Brighton Corn Exchange

The restoration and refurbishment of a grade 1 listed building and the creation within the existing Corn Exchange space of a demountable 400 seat theatre/auditorium capable of being transformed into a 1200 person standing venue.

The restoration and refurbishment of a grade 1 listed building with the upgrade and refurbishment of a 2000 seat auditorium and art déco interior. The creation of new foyer bars and back of house facilities including dressing rooms and VIP areas.
