New Cultural Centre, Eastbourne

A new build 3 storey fair faced insitu concrete framed building built adjacent to a grade 1 listed operational Congress Theatre and alongside the National Tennis Venue of Devonshire Park. The works were carried out on a restrictive site requiring access to the theatre and major tennis events at all times. The building provides conference facilities, new permanent gallery and storage, archiving, exhibition gallery, community space and catering/retail facilities.
